My journey in sound & art

Thanks and welcome to Tania’s Sound & Art Diary

I’ve always been making music and art since I was a child. My parents would hang all my artwork on the kitchen wall. After that I started improvising freely on the piano. If I could see it I would draw it, if I wanted to create an imaginative landscape, I would improvise on the piano. Later on I went on to become a pianist, and then a sound artist after I plunged into experimental music repertoire and freely improvised composition, traveling the world giving concerts of experimental music! Now I’ve lived in three different cities and two different countries and I’m creating a blog to share my adventures in the world of sound art.

I want to talk about all kinds of things that interest me, and share this as a journal: a place in which I can explore what I’ve been excited about recently, my creative endeavors, the conversations I’ve had, the books I’ve read, and everything in between.
